Employees want trendy safety clothing
HaVeP Workwear / Protective wear at A+A 2015: hall 3 stand D04
27 OCTOBER 2015
SummaryThe days that the only function of professional safety clothing was a protective one are over. The demand from employees and employers for fashionable work clothing is growing. The Dutch brand HaVeP Workwear / Protective wear shows during the A+A trade fair in Düsseldorf (27th – 30th October) amongst others how hip safety clothing can be.
HaVeP translated the need for trendy safety clothing into a new range that will be launched during the A+A. Jean-Paul van de Wiel, Marketing Manager at HaVeP: “Large organisations as well as sole traders realize that the appearance is an important tool to create a good image and to distinguish yourself as a professional from the competition. That’s why we developed the HaVeP® 5safety Image: safety clothing with a smart appearance that protects against five of the most common risks on the work floor.”
Just like casual clothing: HaVeP® Image
Another trend is work clothing that looks and feels like casual clothing. HaVeP was inspired by the outdoor and casual segment and developed the HaVeP® Image range. The distinctive feature is the playful process of reflective material and the curved linings.
Tailored work clothing
HaVeP has been the specialist in corporate workwear for years where house style and company elements are being processed in professional and thought-out clothing. “We see work clothing as a dynamic business card, literally carried out by proud employees. We also choose progressive production in our own, modern workshops which are audited by the Fair Wear Foundation since 2003 (www.fairwear.org)”, says Jean-Paul van de Wiel.
LIVE AT THE STAND:
We don’t do things by half. Something we would very much like to show you by means of a durable Cradle to Cradle BBQ apron.
If you visit the stand at the A+A 2015, your personal BBQ apron will be manufactured at the stand and we’ll embroider your name on it.
Demonstration “Work clothing with sensors”
Lifting an object in the wrong position can lead to back troubles and sick leave. The annual costs for sick leave and medical costs are approximately 800 million. With sensors in clothing and a convenient lifting-help on your smartphone tries Koninklijke Van Puijenbroek Textiel together with software developer iSensit to reduce the costs and to save your back. Live demonstration of these sensors at the HaVeP stand during the A+A 2015. It is often a returning problem for all prevention officers and safety experts. You may very well instruct your employees about how to work safely, but in practice they will often forget those instructions. Now help arrives from an unexpected quarter: a sensor in their work clothing. HaVeP will demonstrate the possibilities on the exhibition floor.
Experience the work- and safety clothing solutions from HaVeP yourself. You can find us from 27th – 30th October in hall 3, stand D04 at the A+A 2015 in Düsseldorf.
